Dr. Kesha O'Reilly has over two decades of healthcare and biotechnology experience. Her educational journey, marked by a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Howard University and a Master of Science in Population Health Science from the University of Mississippi, underscores her drive to promote educational and vocational opportunities that provide pathways to success.



​Dr. O’Reilly’s experience places her at the confluence of STEM and community health advocacy, driving her commitment to continue enhancing public health, youth development, career development, and wellness across communities, the source of her desire to serve as the District 7, Dallas College Board Trustee. Dr. O’Reilly’s vivid tapestry of military discipline, healthcare innovation, biotechnological breakthroughs, and global business acumen, are all interwoven with a profound dedication to community service.


As a dedicated resident of South Dallas, Dr. O'Reilly's commitment to the community extends well beyond her professional achievements. Through her work with Open Hearts Children and Family Services, she leverages her pharmacy expertise to advocate for safe medication practices among children in vulnerable situations. Her strategic efforts at the STORM Center of Hope and Service have contributed to the growth and fundraising success of initiatives supporting youth and young adults. As an active participant in Concord Church's medical ministry and a leader in women's growth groups, Dr. O'Reilly combines her healthcare knowledge with a passion for wellness and spiritual development.


Her involvement with The North Texas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., mentorship roles in Allstars Mentoring and the Howard University inSTEM program, and collaboration with Abounding Prosperity to launch the H.O.P.E Health Center underscore her comprehensive approach to community service. These activities demonstrate her dedication to public health, youth empowerment, and ensuring access to essential services, reflecting a holistic commitment to community well-being.
